We hired Carolina’s Renovation for two major projects at our home. First, Mike rescued us after a primary bath reno went horribly wrong. We wanted a true walk in shower with no lip. Meaning the floor tile continued into and became the shower floor. Mike had to change the entire pitch of the bathroom floor so all water was directed to the lateral drain he installed. His professionalism and demeanor took us from panicked to relaxed. His skills, patience and ability to communicate throughout the project was superior. Mike is a perfectionist. If your “idea” isn’t viable, he offers suggestions and solutions..  it's important to us that we can openly discuss any concerns and not feel “weird” about it later.
